We’re on Station Road, right in the heart of Herne Bay—a stone’s throw from the train station, the Heron pub, and the sea. (Post-workout fish and chips sold separately.)

Yes! There is room for up to 4 cars outside the studio. No stairs. No lifts. No endless corridors to navigate.
Just pull up, walk in, and start your session.
It’s fully accessible and easy to find—many local clients walk from nearby and treat it as part of their warm-up and cooldown!

We run over 25 sessions a week (and counting).

  • Early bird? We have slots available from 6 am.

  • Work late? Join our 8 pm sessions.

  • Weekend Warrior? Get in a session before the weekend tomfoolery takes you!

Your health is covered 7 days a week.

Nope! Every session is tailored to your current level of strength, fitness, energy, and stress.

Maybe you’re embarrassed about getting out of breath climbing the stairs, or you don’t have the strength to play with your kids or pick up your grandchildren. Whatever your starting point, we’ll coach you to get fitter, stronger, and more confident over the 30 days.

You can stay on as a full-time member and unlock more sessions each week—including BoxFit, Blast Your Bits (Cardio), Don’t Be A Planker (Core) and PG Kamastruta (Flexibility and Mobility). Plus, you’ll get access to the Push Pull Health app, which includes personalised home workouts and 1,000s of healthy recipes.

Memberships after your trial range from £119 to £219 per month, depending on how often you wish to train and the level of support you require outside of the gym.

Each Small Group PT session is capped at 4 people, ensuring you receive personalised attention and proper coaching. No hiding at the back, no wondering if you’re doing it right.

Yes! Every session is tailored to your body—whether you’re dealing with dodgy knees, a bad back, or frozen shoulders. The goal is to keep you moving safely while building strength, increased mobility and confidence.

Absolutely. Some people prefer a few 1-1 sessions first to build confidence, learn the basics, or get used to the space. Once you’re comfortable, you can move into small-group sessions whenever you’re ready — or stay 1-1 if that suits you better.

Absolutely! All of our sessions work for everyone, whether you’re a complete newbie, returning to the gym or previously played a sport. Every class lets you work at your own level, and you’ll love the diverse workout combinations as we strive to ensure all your strength, cardio, mobility, and endurance needs are covered!
