I felt that my muscles needed to become stronger. I’m well past the pension age and felt that if my muscles get any weaker, it won’t benefit me at all, so I decided to join Push Pull Health.

I first reached out to Ben at Push Pull Health after he shared a post about his love for Bounty!

Like so many others, I’ve spent years stuck in a cycle of yo-yo dieting—a few wins here and there, but nothing that ever felt sustainable.

I am always a bit nervous about new people, and I had never really done well with male personal trainers in the past, but Ben is amazing.

So calm and easy going, but really knows his stuff. I had been suffering from a tendon injury when I started going to Ben. It has significantly improved, and my legs have got stronger.

I have also improved my upper- and core strength. I can highly recommend Ben. I always feel better after my training sessions. His sessions have a relaxed atmosphere, we always listen to music and talk about life and the universe, and the time flies by.

If you are considering starting, I would honestly say do it, you will feel so much better. To give you some context, I am a 61-year-old woman, so you don’t have to be some gym bunny to benefit from Ben’s expertise.
