This isn't another 6 week quick fix

COACHING THAT FITS YOUR POCKET

This Isn’t Another Transformation Challenge

WHAT IS ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING?

Push Pull Health isn’t just another online fitness app that will end up in your graveyard of abandoned downloads and failed attempts.

This isn’t a Facebook group where everyone claps because you drank water or ate a piece of broccoli without gagging.

Our Online coaching works because it helps you stop the cycle of trying to overhaul your life every Monday as we start addressing the root causes that are preventing you from reaching your goals.

You get structure, support, and guidance that actually fits around your schedule—without starvation or forcing you through workouts you hate. (No Burpees and starjumps, unless you’re a weirdo)

If you’re tired of winging it alone or jumping on another 6-week quick-fix group programme, Push Pull Health promises to deliver an exercise and diet plan you can stomach for the long term.

Building Better habits

Realistic Online Nutrition Coaching

You get practical, realistic nutrition support that helps you step out of the all-or-nothing mindset—the one that leads to self-sabotage, emotional eating, and feeling like you’ve “fallen off” after one unplanned meal.

You’ll get personalised guidance and recommendations for calories, protein, and fibre (if tracking is right for you) along with simple, realistic meal ideas and swaps that help you stay consistent without overthinking food.” Everything sits in one place, so you’re not juggling separate apps.

You’ll also learn how to handle eating out, weekends, stressful weeks, and the moments where body image or overwhelm usually push you off track. If there are foods you struggle to moderate, we’ll look at changing your environment and setting realistic expectations.

If stress, emotions, or old habits usually derail things, we’ll work through those patterns without judging you or shaming you into change.

This isn’t about striving for perfection—it’s about building daily-ish habits that actually stick.

Small, consistent changes beat sudden bursts of massive, unsustainable efforts every time.

Keeping it simple

Online Training Plans Built Around You

Your training plan is built around you—your goals, your ability, your confidence, and how your knees, hips, or back are feeling that day.

You don’t need a gym or fancy equipment to get started. In fact, most people who join online begin training at home with just their bodyweight.

If you do choose to train in a gym, your plan goes with you. No more trying to figure out how to use complicated exercise equipment or wandering around a packed gym, feeling overwhelmed and completely lost.

If something in your programme doesn’t feel right, we adjust. No exercise is mandatory.

In my experience, you will struggle to gain anything from something that leaves you in more pain!

Whether you decide to train at home or build up the confidence to join a public gym, everything we do is set to your current level. You’ll never be forced into movements you’re not ready for, or handed random workouts that make no sense for your body or goals.

You get a simple training plan, clear instructions, and exercises that actually suit you. Helping you build strength, lose fat, tone up and stop second-guessing yourself.

Being proactive with your health

Affordable Long Term Support

The weekly small-group coaching calls, where you can ask questions and talk through what went well and what went horribly wrong with your exercise and diet that week, without feeling lost in another Facebook group of hundreds talking over each other. Numbers stay small, so everyone has the chance to contribute if they want to, and the calls remain a safe space to be (brutally) honest without feeling judged. Every call is recorded, so don’t panic if life gets in the way; you can rewatch anytime (and on 1.5x speed)

A lot of online group programmes focus on six or eight-week sprints: lose as much weight as possible, go your separate ways, and hope you’re ready to apply the tools on your own. The difference at Push Pull health is that it’s not just for when you’re motivated, focused, or back on it; It’s built to support you when you’re on track, off track, and everywhere in between, so you don’t end up back at square one looking for another quick fix.

It’s about remaining proactive, not reactive, with your health.

LIFE CHANGING RESULTS FROM ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD

Online Coaching Client Success Stories

Olya - 35 - Russia

Ben is extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. I didn’t know where to start, and Ben simplified the process for me. We had a weekly phone call as well as interaction over the app every few days. I was never alone. The biggest change for me in the 12 weeks was my measurements; I lost more inches than I did weight. My energy levels also increased, which was great. I had tried several diets and restrictions; this isn’t a diet, it’s simply a way of life now for me. My advice to anyone thinking about starting: start. If you’re like me and trying too hard to get everything right at the beginning, it all becomes overwhelming. Just let Ben guide you. Best thing I have ever started.

Shaun - 34 - Herne Bay

Ben doesn’t force you to follow a generic meal plan. Instead, he teaches you and guides you in making positive changes to your diet.

This enabled me to enjoy family meals and socialising with friends without worrying about going off-plan.

I feel confident enough now to stop yo-yo dieting and, with Ben’s help, have found sustainable habits that work for my life.

Tara - 30 - Ireland

Ben’s approach to fitness is refreshingly different; he doesn’t just focus on pushing you through workouts but understands the psychology behind maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Ben actively worked with me to build my confidence, and together, we set up a routine that I genuinely look forward to, both in and out of the gym. His patience and understanding are unmatched, and thanks to him, I’ve finally found a sustainable way to stay fit and healthy. I would highly recommend Push Pull Health.

Something More Personal

1-1 PREMIUM HEALTH COACHING

If you’re not keen on jumping straight into a small group setting, 1–1 coaching gives you more flexibility, more focus, and more individual attention from the start.

  • 30-minute initial 1–1 consult – We will talk about your goals, history, limitations, lifestyle, and where you’re starting from, not where you think you should be and confirm if this (and me) is right for you.
  • Monthly 1–1 progress check-ins – Reviewing what’s working, what isn’t, and what needs changing to keep you accountable.
  • Daily habit focus & touchpoints – You will be set personalised habits, and I will regularly nudge you to keep you accountable and ticking along between check-ins.
  • Weekly video check-ins – Personal video feedback covering your week’s training, food, recovery, energy and stress levels, not just numbers on a spreadsheet.
  • Training built around you – Programmes shaped to your body, schedule, equipment access, confidence, and capacity. Updated every 4 weeks (or sooner if required)
  • Evidence-based Nutrition support – Personalised calorie, macro, or non-tracking approaches that adjust as you do, to ensure consistent progression.
  • Form & technique feedback – Video review on exercise form and key movements so you’re not guessing or reinforcing bad habits.
  • Real-time adjustments – When you have a ‘bad’ day on your diet, recovery is slow, or something starts niggling, we will adjust your plan accordingly
  • Lifestyle support that actually matters – helping you navigate poor sleep, lack of steps, chronic stress and weekends.

If we both feel that most of your initial needs and goals can be met through small-group coaching, we’ll start there.

I have no desire to force you into something you can’t afford or aren’t able or willing to fully commit to.

Frequently Asked Questions

Online Exercise And Nutrition Coaching FAQS

Online personal training gives you personalised exercise and nutritional support without being tied to a gym timetable or location. You get a structured training and nutrition plan built around your goals, lifestyle, experience, and confidence level, all delivered through one place. You’re supported with regular check-ins, guidance, and accountability, so you’re not left guessing what to do next or trying to wing it on your own. It works because it fits around real life, rather than expecting you to reshape your life around a programme.

No. The app is a tool, not a product.

It simply keeps your training, nutrition, habits, check-ins, and education in one place, so nothing gets lost or forgotten. You’re not left to “figure it out” alone, and it’s not something you download with good intentions and abandon a week later.

If you’re not particularly tech-confident, we can keep things simple or use a platform you’re more comfortable with. The goal is to reduce friction, not add to it.

The Push Pull Health app is designed to keep everything in one place and make things simpler, not more complicated. You’ll get a walkthrough showing you exactly where things live and how to use what you need.

If you’re genuinely not tech-confident, we keep things straightforward and adapt where needed. The focus is on coaching and support, not on testing your patience with overly complicated technology.

You won’t be left stuck, confused, or feeling stupid for asking questions.

This is for people who want to feel stronger, fitter, and more confident and are tired of extreme plans, all-or-nothing thinking, and starting again every Monday.

It’s not for anyone looking for a quick fix, a six-week shred, or someone else to do the work for them. It’s built for people who want something realistic they can actually stick to long term.

Absolutely not!

Many people start training at home, especially at the beginning, with just their bodyweight and get great results! Your plan is built around what you have access to and what you feel comfortable doing.

Some clients choose to move into a gym later as confidence grows, others don’t. Both are fine.

No, not to get started.

You can begin with bodyweight training or minimal equipment at home. As time goes on, you might choose to invest in a few basics, such as dumbbells, resistance bands or kettlebells, to keep training varied and progressive.

If space allows, options like a barbell or TRX can be helpful, but they’re never required. Your training is built around what you have available, not what you’re expected to buy.

No—but for many people, it can be a helpful place to start.

Tracking can help you see patterns, build awareness, and understand portions and food choices without guessing.

That said, it’s not appropriate for everyone. If you’ve struggled with disordered eating, bingeing, or obsessive behaviours around food, we’ll take a different approach. In those cases, we’ll focus on low-hanging fruit habits, portion control, structure, and consistency without tracking.

We choose the approach that best supports your long-term relationship with food and something you can stick to for longer than 10 minutes.

There are no banned foods and no “good” or “bad” labels. Your nutrition plan is built around your life and preferences, including how to navigate social events, weekends, and foods you enjoy.

If there are certain foods you tend to overconsume, we’ll look at changing your environment and setting realistic expectations—not removing them entirely. Most people can still enjoy the foods they love most of the time, just not all of the time, depending on their long-term goals.

The aim is to maintain a flexible, not rigid, approach to your nutrition.

Weekly Whinges are small group check-ins where you can talk through what’s going well, what’s getting in the way, and where you’re feeling stuck.

They’re designed to help you stay consistent, not to performance-review your week or put you on the spot. You can ask questions, share struggles, or just listen if that’s what you need that week.

The focus is on behaviour, habits, and real-life obstacles—not on perfection.

Keep you moving forward with imperfect action.

The group is intentionally kept small to provide as much support as possible in a group setting.

My online coaching isn’t just a massive Facebook group where a handful of people do all the talking while everyone else disappears. Everyone gets the chance to feel supported, heard, and comfortable contributing if they want to.

Being around people who “get it” helps, but this is still about your progress—not competing or comparing yourself to anyone else.

The weekly group check-in is there to keep you supported over the long term, especially during periods when things feel harder or when your progress has stalled.

If you feel you need more individual 1–1 support before joining the group programme, please feel free to reach out here.

No.

This isn’t built around six–to eight-week sprints where you lose as much weight as possible, go your separate ways, and hope you’re ready to apply the tools on your own.

This is a long-term approach– including the periods where you’re on track, off track, busy, (extra) stressed, or somewhere in between.

It’s something you can continue long term, with natural ebbs and flows for holidays, Christmas, and life in general, rather than restarting from scratch every week/month.

The first 30 days are about settling in, building momentum, and getting clarity around what works for you.

After that, you don’t get dropped or pushed into a new “phase.” Your training, nutrition, and habits continue to evolve based on your progress and what life looks like at the time.

Some people stay steady, some push on, and some need to slow things down for a period. The support adjusts either way. The aim is long-term consistency, not squeezing everything into a short window and hoping for the best.

Yes.

If you’re using GLP-1 medication, such as Wegovy, Mounjaro, or Tirzepatide, this group coaching focuses on helping you maintain a balanced diet, eat enough protein, build lean muscle and strength, manage energy levels, and develop habits that support your long-term exercise and nutritional goals.

The focus isn’t just weight loss, but supporting you with learning how to adjust to a new routine whilst on a weight loss medication and providing support if you decide to come off your medication at any point.

Support is adjusted to reflect changes in appetite, the return of food noise, energy levels and motivation.

Take 15 seconds to complete the short enquiry form, and I’ll personally be in touch with the next steps.

You’ll complete your onboarding questionnaire, get a walkthrough of the app, and receive your personalised training and nutrition plan. From there, your first 30 days begin with structure, support, and guidance in place.

If you still have questions, the FAQs should cover most of them. If not, click the button and let’s chat.

Yes.

Training is adjusted around your current ability, mobility, and any aches, pains, or restrictions you’re dealing with. You’re not expected to push through discomfort or force movements that don’t suit your body.

The aim is to help you build strength, confidence, and resilience safely, at a pace that makes sense for you.

That’s exactly what online coaching is designed for.

Training and expectations can be adapted week to week, and the focus stays on finding the most realistic way for you to stay consistent during busy or (extra) stressful periods.

Progress is built around flexibility, not rigid routines that fall apart when you miss a workout or eat “off plan”.
