These are not evidence-based diet interventions, primarily made up by charlatans and quacks trying to sell you an overpriced “personalised nutrition package”.
Prying on your insecurities and desperation to find something that works.
Instead, we’ll focus on:

✅ Implementing realistic long-term nutritional habits
✅ Building a better relationship with food and exercise
✅ Improving your body image, energy and mood
Results that go above and beyond another overpriced quick fix, and before-and-after photos that benefit me, not you.
