But seeing as I come across like a bit of a clown on the internet and local Facebook groups, you might as well know there’s at least a shred of credibility behind me and Push Pull Health.

MNU Nutritionist With Full Honours – The ONLY OFQUAL-regulated level 5 qualification centred around becoming an Evidence-based practitioner, because understanding nutrition and behaviour change goes far beyond “eat less, move more.”

RTS Biomechanics A fancy way of saying that we’ll identify how your body moves so you’re doing exercises that actually work for your anatomy, not someone else’s. I’ll show you how to train around injuries or chronic pain and make sure everything’s working as it should.

Working with Under-16s I’m not a fan of children, but I respect how brutally honest they are and that many need a safe space to get stronger, fitter and build lifelong habits.

Supporting Clients With Long Term Conditions (Exercise Referral) – For adults with long-term conditions who need personalised coaching.

Mums I’d Like to Get Fitter (Pre and Post Natal) – Helping soon-to-be and new mums make time for themselves to maintain and rebuild strength, fitness, and confidence. MILF for short.

For most of you, those fancy-pants courses mean absolutely nothing.

Where It Started

I’ve spent almost 15 years wading through the murky waters of the health and fitness industry. It all started in London—a city full of colourful characters, from beacons of positivity to full-blown soul-sucking vermin.

That old myth about always being six feet from a rat?

Try one.

Picture me on the tube at the end of another day of rejection and confrontation.
Sharing a fleeting glance with the girl opposite, her lap covered in sandwich debris.
The sandwich, naturally, belonged to the bloke next to her.

At that moment, we both knew things could be better.

But mostly, I was left alone with my thoughts, staring at the floor.

Thinking…

Am I the problem?

Could it be that I’ve developed… a rotten attitude?

Most of what I do happens in my private studio in Herne Bay—small-group and 1-1 personal training, nutrition and behaviour change support, injury rehab and support for anyone managing long-term conditions.

I’ve worked with hundreds of people across Herne Bay, Whitstable, London, and the surrounding area, as well as with people worldwide through online coaching.
